At IFitCenter, we maintain a strict no-return/no-exchange policy for our meal replacement products and supplements. This policy is implemented for the following reasons:

  2. Product Integrity: We cannot guarantee proper storage conditions once products leave our facility
  3. Quality Assurance: Temperature changes and improper handling can affect product efficacy

Product Sampling Program

To ensure customer satisfaction and minimize the need for returns:

  • We provide product samples before purchase
  • Our medical team offers guidance on product selection
  • We recommend trying samples before making bulk purchases
  • Sampling is part of our initial consultation process

Limited Exceptions for Replacement

We will only replace products under the following circumstances:

  • Products that are defective upon purchase
  • Products that arrive damaged
  • Incorrect items received

All issues must be reported immediately upon purchase and verified by our medical staff.

Program Fee Refunds

Medical Program Fees

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable after service provision
  • Program fees may be refundable in exceptional medical circumstances
  • All refund requests require medical team review

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • Processing time: 10 to 45 days (depending on the issuing bank of the credit card)
  • All refund requests must include original proof of purchase

Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Cancellation requests are subject to medical team review
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method
  • Processing time for cancellation refunds: up to 45 days
